Compassion Circle for Mental Health FOR: Essential Workers & Supporting Community Members

Join Me and Psychotherapist's Wala'a Farahat and Samiyah Zawawi for an offering of mindfulness practices and mental health tools to help cope with the potential stress and challenging emotions of being an essential worker / front line support to our communities right now. The ZOOM will be open to also those that are family and supporters of essential and front line workers as well as anyone in roles that are in support of them. Compassion and self-awareness support our ability to heal when we face adversity and difficult emotions that come with difficult situations like loss and the uncertainty of these times.

Please feel free to share with your staff, colleagues, neighbors and communities overall. This offering is free and for ages 18+ preferably to allow participants to have potential sensitive mental health discussions.

Discussions are welcome, questions are encouraged.
