Join a group setting via ZOOM of mindfulness practices including meditation and journaling.
During this offering, you will have an opportunity to dedicate time connecting with yourself in a safe space as well as connecting with others also honoring the intention of compassionate introspection.

8:15 p.m. - Grounding Meditation
8:30 p.m. - Healing Circle, an opportunity to benefit from community healing in a safe and intentional group
8:45 p.m. - Loving Kindness or/and Feel Rest Meditation practices
I approach the practice with an opportunity to:
1. Align a personal intention with a gratitude practice
2. Allow yourself to release what no longer aligns with your intentions and inner peace
3. Determine what you would like to invite into yourself once you have released what no longer serves you
4. Connect in a circle with others offering acceptance, love and compassion with group mindfulness practices
In the practice, there will be:
- An opportunity to journal with guided documents to assist you
- 2 guided meditations
***Movement/Sound Therapy (Dance & Music, if the vibes are feeling for it!)
FYI:
A cushion/yoga mat if desired and comfortable clothing.
