Adding to your self-care practices of compassion, permission to feel and invite stillness in with mindfulness practices is the power of community. The incredible power of connection, inclusion and vulnerability that is intended to empower your sense of belonging and overall authenticity.

During this offering, you will have an opportunity to dedicate time connecting with yourself in a safe space as well as connecting with others also honoring the intention of compassionate introspection.

I approach the practice with an opportunity to:

1. Align a personal intention with a gratitude practice

2. Allow yourself to release what no longer aligns with your intentions and inner peace

3. Determine what you would like to invite into yourself once you have released what no longer serves you

4. Connect in a circle with others offering acceptance, love and compassion with group mindfulness practices

In the practice, there will be:

- An opportunity to journal with guided documents to assist you

- 1 - 2 guided meditations

- Energy clearing with sage or without (essential oils may be present)

***Movement/Sound Therapy (Dance & Music, if the vibes are feeling for it!)

To Be Prepared With:

A cushion/yoga mat if desired and comfortable clothing.

This even is for ages 18+ - all are welcome otherwise!

Parking is available on site as well as street parking nearby.
